Ingredients
4–6 slices Thick-Cut Bread (Brioche or Challah)
3 Large Farm-Fresh Eggs
1/2 cup Whole Milk or Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1/8 teaspoon Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Slice the bread into uniform cubes, roughly one inch in size
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth
- Gently toss the bread cubes into the egg mixture, ensuring even coating but avoiding saturatio
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
- Place the coated bread bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking halfway through
- Remove and toss in extra cinnamon and sugar if desired
