2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup High-Quality BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the chicken, then season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Bake the seasoned chicken in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes
- Coat each breast with BBQ sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes
- Turn the broiler on high for the last 2 to 3 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
- Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
