Description

This Caesar Salad Wrap combines crisp romaine lettuce, savory grilled chicken, and tangy dressing into a handheld masterpiece, perfect for a busy weekday meal.


Ingredients

2 Large Flour Tortillas
1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast
1 cup Romaine Lettuce
1/4 cup Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Croutons
Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized ribbons and place them in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add the cooked chicken, parmesan cheese, and slightly crushed croutons to the bowl with the lettuce. Pour your desired amount of dressing over the mixture and toss until every leaf is lightly coated
  3. Place your tortilla on a microwave-safe plate and heat it for about 10 seconds to make it pliable
  4. Place a generous portion of the salad mixture in the center of the tortilla. Be careful not to overfill it
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling. Use your thumbs to bring the bottom edge up and over, rolling it tightly until the seam is on the bottom
  6. Use a sharp serrated knife to cut the Caesar Salad Wrap diagonally. Serve immediately
