Description
This Cheeseburger French Fry Bake combines all the flavors of your favorite burger in one delicious, cheesy casserole. With crispy fries on top and melty cheese in every bite, it’s a comfort food classic the whole family will love.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup dill pickles, chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (26 oz) bag frozen French fries
Optional: sliced green onions or extra pickles for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
2. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain grease.
3. Add onion and garlic; cook 3–4 minutes.
4. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread beef mixture into baking dish. Top with chopped pickles.
6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef layer.
7. Arrange frozen fries evenly over the top.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until fries are golden and cheese is bubbly.
9. Garnish with green onions or burger sauce if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
You can use tater tots, curly fries, or seasoned fries instead of regular ones.
This dish is freezer-friendly—assemble up to the cheese layer and freeze before adding fries.
