Ingredients

23 pounds pork baby back ribs

1 ½ cups barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Remove membrane from ribs

2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

3. Rub seasoning on ribs evenly

4. Place ribs in crockpot

5. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs

6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours

7. Optional: Broil ribs with extra sauce for 3-5 minutes

Notes

Remove membrane for tenderness

Cook low and slow

Broil at the end for caramelized finish

Store leftovers in airtight container up to 3 days

Reheat wrapped in foil for best results
