This cool and creamy Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad is loaded with crispy bacon, cheddar, and fresh cucumbers—perfect for any meal or gathering.
Ingredients
3 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp fresh dill (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers and pat dry if needed.
2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
3. Whisk sour cream, mayo, and ranch mix in a bowl.
4. Add cucumbers, cheese, bacon, green onions, and dill.
5. Stir until fully coated, season with salt and pepper.
6. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use English cucumbers for less water content.
