Description

Eyeball Brownies are spooky, fudgy treats decorated with white chocolate, M&Ms, and red gel icing to resemble creepy eyeballs. Perfect for Halloween parties or fun family baking.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Brownies:

1 box of fudge brownie mix (plus oil, eggs, and water as called for)

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the Eyeballs:

1 bag (11 oz) white chocolate chips

1 bag of red, blue, or green M&Ms

Red gel icing

Instructions

1. Preheat oven as directed on brownie mix box.

2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan and bake until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

3. Cool brownies completely before cutting.

4. Use a small round cutter or glass to cut out circles.

5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

6. Spoon melted white chocolate onto each brownie circle and press an M&M in the center.

7. Draw red squiggly lines with gel icing to create veins.

8. Let chocolate set for 30 minutes before serving.
