Description

This Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese is the ultimate comfort sandwich—crispy, buttery, and filled with melty cheese. Ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

4 slices of sourdough or white bread

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 garlic clove, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

1 cup shredded mozzarella (or mozzarella-cheddar blend)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.

2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.

3. Flip two slices over and layer with mozzarella and Parmesan.

4. Top with remaining slices, buttered side out.

5. Heat skillet over medium. Place sandwich and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and melty.

6. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the most flavor, or garlic powder for convenience.

Try provolone or Gruyère for a gourmet variation.

Cook low and slow to avoid burning before the cheese melts.
