Description

Ginger Lemon Detox Water combines the spicy heat of fresh ginger root with the bright, citrusy acidity of lemon to create a refreshing beverage that supports hydration and digestion.


Ingredients

2-inch knob Fresh Ginger Root
2 large Organic Lemons
1 teaspoon Raw Honey (Optional)
56 Fresh Mint Leaves


Instructions

  1. Scrub the ginger root thoroughly and slice it into very thin coins
  2. Slice one lemon into thin rounds and juice the second lemon completely
  3. Place the ginger slices, lemon rounds, and lemon juice into a large glass pitcher
  4. Pour the filtered water over the ingredients
  5. Stir gently to mix and release the flavors
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight for best flavor
