2 large Organic Lemons

Instructions
- Scrub the ginger root thoroughly and slice it into very thin coins
- Slice one lemon into thin rounds and juice the second lemon completely
- Place the ginger slices, lemon rounds, and lemon juice into a large glass pitcher
- Pour the filtered water over the ingredients
- Stir gently to mix and release the flavors
- Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight for best flavor
