1/2 cup Whole Milk (Warm)
4 Large Eggs (Room Temp)
1 cup Unsalted European Butter
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions

- In a stand mixer, mix the remaining sugar, salt, flour, and yeast mixture. Add eggs one by one until shaggy dough forms
- Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth
- Slowly incorporate softened butter, one tablespoon at a time, ensuring each piece is absorbed before adding the next
- Knead for another 5 minutes until soft, shiny, and elastic
- Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl, covered, for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size
- Shape the dough into a loaf or buns, and let rise again for 45 to 60 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), brush with egg wash, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golde
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack
