Ingredients
2 fillets 6 oz Salmon (skin-on)
1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, place salmon skin-side dow
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy, then flip and add asparagus to the pa
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the pa
- Baste salmon and asparagus with garlic butter for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze lemon juice over everything and garnish with parsley
