Description

This 20-Minute Garlic Butter Salmon and Asparagus is a quick, restaurant-quality meal featuring flaky salmon and crisp-tender asparagus, all cooked in one pan with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

2 fillets 6 oz Salmon (skin-on)
1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, place salmon skin-side dow
  3. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy, then flip and add asparagus to the pa
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the pa
  5. Baste salmon and asparagus with garlic butter for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze lemon juice over everything and garnish with parsley

Notes

Use fresh, wild-caught salmon for best results.

Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain crispiness.
