8–10 slices Thick-Cut Baco
1.5 cups Homemade Ranch Dressing
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Red Onio
1/2 cup Frozen Peas
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a rolling boil. Cook your pasta according to the package directions until it reaches al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water
- Crisp the Bacon: Cook bacon slices in a skillet until golden brown and crisp, then crumble
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and chives. Season with cracked black pepper
- Prep the Vegetables: Slice cherry tomatoes, dice red onion, and cube cheddar cheese. Ensure peas are thawed
- Combine and Toss: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, vegetables, cheese, and half of the bacon. Toss with dressing
- Chill and Finish: Refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir in remaining bacon and parsley before serving

Cook bacon until very crispy to maintain texture in the salad.
