1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly cracked
2 stalks Green Onions sliced


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper until smooth
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours
  3. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish
  4. Arrange the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in the prepared baking dish, skin-side up, and reserve the marinade
  5. Bake: Bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, brushing with leftover marinade halfway through
  6. Broil for Crispiness: Broil on high for the last 2 to 3 minutes if the skin isn't crispy enough, watching closely to prevent burning
