Ingredients

16 ounces Pizza Dough
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1.5 cups Cooked Chicke
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 medium Red Onio
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 tablespoon Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on parchment paper until it reaches desired thickness
  3. Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce across the dough, leaving space around the edges
  4. Mix shredded chicken with two tablespoons of barbecue sauce in a bowl
  5. Distribute the chicken evenly over the base, then add a layer of mozzarella cheese
  6. Scatter thinly sliced red onions over the cheese
  7. Transfer the pizza on parchment onto the hot baking stone or tray
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the crust is golden brow
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for three minutes before slicing
  10. Garnish with cilantro and extra sauce if desired
