Description

This Caesar Salad with Avocado offers a creamy texture, zesty finish, and satisfying crunch, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

2 large hearts Romaine Lettuce
1 large Avocado
1/3 cup Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Croutons
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the Romaine Lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl
  2. Slice the Avocado, toss with Lemon Juice to prevent browning, and add to a small bowl
  3. Pour Caesar Dressing over the Romaine Lettuce and toss until evenly coated
  4. Add Parmesan Cheese and half of the Croutons to the salad; toss gently
  5. Fold in Avocado cubes carefully, then top with remaining Croutons and Black Pepper
  6. Serve immediately in chilled bowls

Notes

Keep the avocado pit in the container to slow down oxidation if storing any leftovers.
