2 large hearts Romaine Lettuce
1 large Avocado
1/3 cup Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Croutons
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the Romaine Lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl
- Slice the Avocado, toss with Lemon Juice to prevent browning, and add to a small bowl
- Pour Caesar Dressing over the Romaine Lettuce and toss until evenly coated
- Add Parmesan Cheese and half of the Croutons to the salad; toss gently
- Fold in Avocado cubes carefully, then top with remaining Croutons and Black Pepper
- Serve immediately in chilled bowls
