Ingredients
2–3 lbs Chicken Thighs
1.5 cups BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large baking sheet
- Dry the chicken thighs thoroughly with paper towels
- Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and rub it onto the chicken thighs
- Arrange the chicken skin-side up on the baking rack and bake for 25-30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and glaze each thigh with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for 10 minutes
- Broil for 2-4 minutes to achieve caramelization, then let rest for 5 minutes before serving
