½ cup Almond Butter
¾ cup Maple Syrup
2 large Pastured Eggs
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large glass bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla bean paste
  3. Sift the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and sea salt into the wet mixture
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet batter, then fold in the dark chocolate chips
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top
  6. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until the edges look set but the center has a slight jiggle
  7. Let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before lifting them out to slice into squares
