Description

A vibrant and creamy fruit mix that combines fresh seasonal fruits with sweetened condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

2 large Red Apples, cored and diced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup Green Grapes, halved
1 medium Ripe Mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulved and quartered
2 medium Bananas, sliced into thick rounds
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Wash all the fresh produce under cold running water and pat dry
  2. Core and dice the apples, slice the bananas, halve the grapes, and prepare the mango and strawberries
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss diced apples and sliced bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning
  4. Add the remaining prepared fruits (mango, strawberries, and grapes) into the large bowl
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the fruits and toss gently to coat
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute sweetened condensed milk with Greek yogurt and honey.

Add other seasonal fruits or nuts for variation.
