A vibrant and creamy fruit mix that combines fresh seasonal fruits with sweetened condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 large Red Apples, cored and diced into bite-sized pieces
1 cup Green Grapes, halved
1 medium Ripe Mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulved and quartered
2 medium Bananas, sliced into thick rounds
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Wash all the fresh produce under cold running water and pat dry
- Core and dice the apples, slice the bananas, halve the grapes, and prepare the mango and strawberries
- In a large mixing bowl, toss diced apples and sliced bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning
- Add the remaining prepared fruits (mango, strawberries, and grapes) into the large bowl
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the fruits and toss gently to coat
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute sweetened condensed milk with Greek yogurt and honey.
Add other seasonal fruits or nuts for variation.
