Ingredients
2 pounds Red Seedless Grapes
2 pounds Green Seedless Grapes
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove all stems and any bruised fruit
- Pat the grapes dry with a lint-free towel to avoid thinning the dressing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and smooth
- Gently fold in the dried grapes until they are coated with the dressing
- Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours
- Before serving, mix brown sugar and toasted pecans, and sprinkle over the grape salad
