Description

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
34 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
A pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends
  3. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat
  4. Spread asparagus in a single layer and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until tender but still crisp
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
  6. Switch to broil and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  7. Serve immediately with optional red pepper flakes or parsley
