1 pound Fresh Asparagus (trimmed)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3–4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Wash the asparagus and pat them dry. Snap off the woody ends
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Add minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper
- Toss the asparagus to coat evenly
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until tender and slightly browned
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the asparagus before serving
