Honey Butter Grilled Corn is a perfect blend of seasonal freshness and indulgent flavors, featuring organic corn, grass-fed butter, and raw honey, grilled to perfection for a smoky, caramelized finish.

46 large ears Organic Sweet Cor
4 tablespoons Grass-fed Unsalted Butter softened
2 tablespoons Raw Wildflower Honey
1/2 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Parsley chopped


Instructions

  1. Remove the husks and silk from your organic corn, rinse it, and pat dry
  2. Combine the softened grass-fed butter, raw honey, smoked paprika, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl, stirring until smooth
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F) and clean the grates
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes
  5. In the last 2 minutes, brush the corn with the honey butter mixture and watch for bubbling
  6. Remove the corn from the grill, brush with remaining honey butter, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sea salt
  7. Serve warm

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute grass-fed butter with organic extra virgin coconut oil.

Adding a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes can create a 'hot honey' effect.

Store leftovers wrapped in parchment or beeswax wrap for up to three days.
