Honey Butter Grilled Corn is a perfect blend of seasonal freshness and indulgent flavors, featuring organic corn, grass-fed butter, and raw honey, grilled to perfection for a smoky, caramelized finish.
Ingredients
4–6 large ears Organic Sweet Cor
4 tablespoons Grass-fed Unsalted Butter softened
2 tablespoons Raw Wildflower Honey
1/2 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Remove the husks and silk from your organic corn, rinse it, and pat dry
- Combine the softened grass-fed butter, raw honey, smoked paprika, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl, stirring until smooth
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F) and clean the grates
- Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes
- In the last 2 minutes, brush the corn with the honey butter mixture and watch for bubbling
- Remove the corn from the grill, brush with remaining honey butter, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and sea salt
- Serve warm
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute grass-fed butter with organic extra virgin coconut oil.
Adding a pinch of cayenne or chili flakes can create a 'hot honey' effect.
Store leftovers wrapped in parchment or beeswax wrap for up to three days.
