Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/3 cup Raw Wildflower Honey
5–6 Cloves Fresh Garlic (Minced)
2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to Taste
Cracked Black Pepper to Taste
Fresh Parsley or Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Pat the Honey Garlic Chicken Thigh Fillets dry with paper towels and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper
- In a bowl, mix the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and half of the minced garlic until well combined
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side
- Add the remaining minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant
- Pour the honey-soy mixture over the chicken and reduce the heat, simmering until the sauce thickens
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest before serving with garnish
