Ingredients

1.5 lbs Chicken Breast or Thighs
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until the honey dissolves
  2. Label a gallon-sized freezer bag with the date and cooking instructions
  3. Put chicken pieces into the bag and pour the marinade over the top. Seal and massage to coat the chicke
  4. Lay the bag flat in the freezer
  5. To cook, thaw the bag in the refrigerator overnight. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
