1.5 lbs Chicken Breast or Thighs
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until the honey dissolves
- Label a gallon-sized freezer bag with the date and cooking instructions
- Put chicken pieces into the bag and pour the marinade over the top. Seal and massage to coat the chicke
- Lay the bag flat in the freezer
- To cook, thaw the bag in the refrigerator overnight. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
