Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
1 cup Heavy Cream
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt & Black Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, season, and brown in a skillet for 5-6 minutes
- Blanch the broccoli in water for 2 minutes in the microwave or steam on the stove for 3 minutes
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese to the chicken pan, whisk until smooth
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, then add the chicken and broccoli, and combine
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving

For extra crispiness, switch to broil for the last few minutes of baking.
