Description

This No-Churn Oreo Cookies and Cream Ice Cream is an easy dessert that requires no ice cream machine and can be prepared in under 15 minutes. It combines heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Oreo cookies for a rich and creamy treat.

1 pinch Salt


Instructions

  1. Chill your large mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes
  2. Whip the cold heavy whipping cream in the chilled bowl until stiff peaks form
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth
  4. Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream
  5. Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag, mix fine crumbs with larger chunks
  6. Fold the crushed cookies into the cream mixture and reserve some for topping
  7. Transfer to a loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours
