Description

This One Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa delivers a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and savory flavors in under 30 minutes. You get crispy sausage edges and tender vegetables coated in a sticky glaze that tastes like hours of work.

Ingredients

Scale

14 oz Kielbasa Sausage
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 cloves Fresh Garlic
2 large Bell Peppers
1 medium Zucchini
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the honey dissolves completely
  2. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned
  3. Remove the sausage and set aside. Add the remaining oil to the pan, then toss in the peppers and zucchini. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp
  4. Return the sausage to the pan, pour the honey garlic sauce over everything, and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is sticky
  5. Remove from heat to prevent burning

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use liquid aminos or tamari instead of soy sauce.

If using different vegetables, cut harder ones smaller for even cooking.
