Description

Parmesan Crusted Lobster Tail is a quick and impressive dish that features sweet lobster meat topped with a savory, crunchy crust made from Parmesan cheese, garlic, and breadcrumbs.

4 each Lobster Tails
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Butterfly the lobster by cutting down the center of the top shell, stopping just before the tail fin, and lifting the meat so it rests atop the shell
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, and paprika in a bowl until it forms a thick paste
  4. Brush the lobster meat with some melted butter or olive oil
  5. Generously apply the Parmesan mixture over each lobster tail, pressing it down lightly
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) and the crust is golden brow
  7. Let rest for two minutes and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges
