Ingredients
4 each Lobster Tails
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Butterfly the lobster by cutting down the center of the top shell, stopping just before the tail fin, and lifting the meat so it rests atop the shell
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, parsley, and paprika in a bowl until it forms a thick paste
- Brush the lobster meat with some melted butter or olive oil
- Generously apply the Parmesan mixture over each lobster tail, pressing it down lightly
- Bake on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) and the crust is golden brow
- Let rest for two minutes and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges
