45 cups Sliced Peaches (Fresh or Frozen)
1 box (approx. 15 oz) Organic Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup Grass-Fed Butter (Melted)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (Ground)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Pure)
12 tablespoons Coconut Sugar (Optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Place the sliced peaches in the bottom of the baking dish, and toss with vanilla extract and cinnamon if desired
  3. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the peaches without mixing it i
  4. Pour the melted butter over the dry cake mix, covering as much surface area as possible
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brow
  6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving

Notes

Use fresh or high-quality frozen peaches for best results.

If using frozen peaches, no need to thaw; add 5 minutes to baking time.

For increased health benefits, consider adding hemp seeds or sliced almonds on top before baking.
