Ingredients
4–5 cups Sliced Peaches (Fresh or Frozen)
1 box (approx. 15 oz) Organic Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup Grass-Fed Butter (Melted)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (Ground)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Pure)
1–2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
- Place the sliced peaches in the bottom of the baking dish, and toss with vanilla extract and cinnamon if desired
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the peaches without mixing it i
- Pour the melted butter over the dry cake mix, covering as much surface area as possible
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brow
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
Notes
Use fresh or high-quality frozen peaches for best results.
If using frozen peaches, no need to thaw; add 5 minutes to baking time.
For increased health benefits, consider adding hemp seeds or sliced almonds on top before baking.
