Ingredients
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg

1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- Mix in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
