Instructions

- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold gently until no streaks of flour remai
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clea
- Let the cupcakes cool for five minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
