1416 oz Turkey Kielbasa
3 large Bell Peppers
1 medium Red Onio
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil
  2. Slice the turkey kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick coins. De-seed and cut the bell peppers into 1-inch strips. Cut the red onion into wedges
  3. Place the sliced sausage, peppers, and onions onto the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano, salt, and pepper
  4. Toss everything together until thoroughly coated in oil and spices, spreading the mixture out into a single layer
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving

Using a high-quality, hardwood-smoked turkey kielbasa adds depth of flavor to the dish.
