Ingredients
1.5 lbs Ground Lamb or Beef
2 cups Frozen Peas and Carrots
1 medium Yellow Onion, finely diced
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Beef Broth, low sodium
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3–4 cups Mashed Potatoes
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler to high and place a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
- Sauté diced onion for about 3 minutes until translucent, then add ground meat and cook until no longer pink
- Stir in minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary; cook for one minute
