Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 can (15 oz) Black Beans
1 cup Corn Kernels
1.5 cups Salsa
1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumi
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicke
- Add rinsed black beans and corn kernels over the seasoned chicke
- Pour salsa and chicken broth over everything without stirring
- Cover and slow cook on 'Low' for 6 to 8 hours or on 'High' for 3 to 4 hours
