23 lbs Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
46 cloves Fresh Garlic
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 stalks Green Onions


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, grated ginger, and dried oregano
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker
  3. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure they are thoroughly coated
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set to Low for 4 to 5 hours or High for 2 to 3 hours
  5. Once cooked through, remove the thighs and whisk a cornstarch slurry into the remaining liquid to thicke
  6. Return the chicken to the pot to coat in the thickened sauce and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.

Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
