2–3 lbs Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
4–6 cloves Fresh Garlic
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 stalks Green Onions
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, grated ginger, and dried oregano
- Place the chicken thighs in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure they are thoroughly coated
- Cover the slow cooker and set to Low for 4 to 5 hours or High for 2 to 3 hours
- Once cooked through, remove the thighs and whisk a cornstarch slurry into the remaining liquid to thicke
- Return the chicken to the pot to coat in the thickened sauce and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions
