1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Can (6 oz) Pitted Black Olives
Paprika (Optional)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs by covering them with cold water, bringing to a boil, then turning off the heat and letting them sit covered for 12 minutes
- Place the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and slice in half
- Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until creamy
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag
- Construct the spider by placing an olive half on top and using slices of olives for legs
- Garnish with paprika if desired
Notes
Use older eggs for easier peeling.
Assemble the eggs shortly before serving to maintain appearance and flavor.
