Description

Spooky Spider Deviled Eggs are a high-protein appetizer that combines classic deviled egg flavors with a spooky twist, perfect for Halloween parties.

Ingredients

Scale

12 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Can (6 oz) Pitted Black Olives
Paprika (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by covering them with cold water, bringing to a boil, then turning off the heat and letting them sit covered for 12 minutes
  2. Place the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and slice in half
  3. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until creamy
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag
  5. Construct the spider by placing an olive half on top and using slices of olives for legs
  6. Garnish with paprika if desired

Notes

Use older eggs for easier peeling.

Assemble the eggs shortly before serving to maintain appearance and flavor.
