Description

2 cups Fresh Strawberries
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
8 ounces Whipped Topping
3.4 ounces Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain)


Instructions

  1. Wash and pat the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries dry. Slice the strawberries into quarters
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed whipped topping, Greek yogurt, and dry pudding mix until smooth
  3. Gently fold the berries into the cream mixture with a spatula
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows evenly throughout the mixture
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to set
  6. Stir gently before serving and garnish with extra berries

Notes

Use only fresh berries for the best texture.
