Description

The Ultimate July 4th Cheeseboard Spread is a vibrant and festive arrangement that brings together an array of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, and crunchy accompaniments, all designed for sharing and celebrating the holiday.


Ingredients

8 oz wheel Double Cream Brie or Camembert
7 oz block Aged Sharp White Cheddar
5 oz wedge Creamy Gorgonzola or Stilto
4 oz Prosciutto di Parma
4 oz Spicy Salami
2 cups Strawberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries
1/2 cup Marcona Almonds
1/2 cup Candied Pecans
2 tbsp Honey with Comb
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 box Assorted Water Crackers
1 loaf Baguette Slices


Instructions

  1. Select a large wooden board or marble slab as the base for your Cheeseboard Spread
  2. Place the three types of cheese in different corners of the board
  3. Add small ramekins for honey and mustard to prevent spills
  4. Arrange charcuterie around the cheeses, folding prosciutto and fanning salami
  5. Group strawberries and raspberries together, and place blueberries in a separate sectio
  6. Fill remaining spaces with nuts and crackers for a full look
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve at room temperature

Notes

Allow cheese to come to room temperature for the best flavor.
